April 2020 15,000 Minutes Challenge
Getting together and being active is what MOAC is all about. We can't get together, but we can still connect and motivate each other in our fitness activities. If you're like me, being part of a group is more than half the fun of being active. This challenge is to log as many minutes per month in whatever activities you enjoy - at any fitness level - it's the time that counts. Let's see if we can get to 15,000 minutes in April (9,000 was too easy!) Have fun and stay in touch!
